Check-in stations open 25 minutes prior to each service. After entering your child’s name in one of our self-check-in stations, you and your child's matching identification tags will print that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion while you keep the matching tag. After the service, you will need to show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you. We match the three-digit code on both identification tags to ensure every child is picked up by someone authorized to do so. This ensures every child is safe and secure on Sunday morning.

In the event that we need to contact you during the service, we will display the three-digit code on your child’s security tag in the auditorium. We ask that you exit the auditorium immediately and look for a staff member or volunteer who will direct you to your child’s room.

We also have designated parking for parents of small children. We know how difficult it can be to carry everything small children require to your child's class. Because of this, you will receive an orange Canvas Kids tag when you first check in to hang from the rearview mirror in your vehicle. This will notify the parking team on your subsequent visits, and they will direct you to a parking spot as close to the Canvas Kids building as possible.

Finally, if you recently had a child and don't yet feel comfortable dropping them off in the Nursery, we have you covered! We have a Mother's Room just for you with gliders, diaper changing station, sink, and livestream of the auditorium so you don't miss anything. This room is located by the restrooms in the main lobby. If you have any questions, just ask someone in a name tag and they will be happy to assist you.
